WP caches to much information

Description

It is depressive, how WordPress caches the Blog.
Adding topics and comments is no problem, but as Admin, even i am logged in, WordPress shows always Registration and not the SiteAdmin link. I am on 1.5 and refreshing browser does not help.
Only klicking onto the Blogsname at the header.
Same with changing theme-pictures, none of the users see it.

What could be the matter? I wont set the whole thing to no-cache, it would bust the traffic (someday) and it is quite a torture for low bandwidth users.

Im on Firefox 1.0.3, have no caching plugins nor any plugins to generate static pages, The WP is running onto a PHP 5 Server.

Minor plugins, mail obfuscator and a selfwritten small 'last commentor' viewer. The problem occur while deactivating them too
