My freakin' eyes! This patch adds a gazillion new features to image uploading:
* Many strings are marked for translation
* Thumbnails are created (large images still crash the thumbnail function--todo and make pluggable)
* Toggle thumbnail on/off before dragging to post
* Every image gets a subpost under the post/Page attached to
* Subposts show parent link, title, image, description, meta and comments.
* Subposts can have nice URLs (rewrite rules added automatically)
* Subposts have their own comment feeds just like posts
* Subposts are only visible to people authorized to see the parent post
* Subpost templates are supported for any mimetype
* Backwards-compatible to work with single and page templates
* Toggle link href=[subpost] or href=[image src] before dragging
* It raises your blog's coolness factor (cn = ce)
