No traction in over a year, so closing as wontfix.

Does the comment-functions.php file still exist? I can't find it in the wp-includes folder.

Patch no longer valid. Apologies to the author of the patch who obviously put some effort into it, but I don't think we'll lose much in our PHPdoc efforts by closing this ticket.

Crap. I kept this open to keep a reference to the patch but...

I'll just search "phpdoc" in trac. Anyway, I realized that and was rushing through converting the patch phpdoc for comments.php and comment-template.php, but it was past my bedtime.

However, I'll open a new ticket instead of reopening this. I'm thinking of setting the milestone to 2.5 with any new phpdoc tickets. I assuming that if they are going to be committed that one of you will set the milestone to correct place.
