I know this has been previously discussed on the mailing lists after the 2.0.2 release, but 2.0.3 is out and the problem still hasn't been addressed. Specifically, there are no tags for version 2.0.2, and now for 2.0.3 in the repository:

The excuse offered in the past was some kind of unspecified technical difficulty, but I wonder what's so difficult about tagging these releases seeing as all the other svn operations seem to be in regular use and working fine. Without this tag it makes upgrading via svn less convenient. Updating using the 2.0 branch would be an alternative, but if the developers aren't creating tags for each point release, how can we be sure that they're keeping the 2.0 branch in the repository up to date as well?
