ButtonSnap? doesn't work with the version of TinyMCE in v2.1. It needs updating.

If somebody fix the buttonsnap issue, you sould close than the ticket #3551 I reported the same problem a couple of days ago.

There is a plugin out there that seems like a really good start. It allows you to add custom Quicktag buttons.

It doesn't seem to wirk in the Rich-text editor, but it works both when rich-text is turned off in user prefs OR when you're in the "Code" tab of the rich-text editor.

Also -- with respect, I don't think this should be "low" priority. This would be a _boon_ to plugin authors!!!

Considering that the RTE is on by default, we really need to make it work with both.
