In version 2.2 RC2

http://wp/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=1

cause a javascript error :

comment.php (line 146)

tinyMCE is not defined
[Break on this error] if ( tinyMCE.isMSIE )

Reproduced. Only happens if your user is set to use the RTE.

I think TinyMCE was forgotten somewhere along the way there...
