Description

There are some cases where you might not need the full url as specified in the administration interface. For example if you want to use relative urls. As far as I can tell, the only way to get a realtive url (for example in a theme or plugin) which works from site to site, is to write a function which strips the 'http://' and the domain name. A simple extension to the bloginfo() function with 'relativeroot' or something would be welcome.

The need for easily getting relative urls was shown to me in a comment on my blog, and the solution.
