Patch for applying "posts_join" and "posts_where" to get_next_link() and get_previous_link().

Among other things this is nice for the Category Visibility plugin (which restricts access to certain posts from lower level users).

I hope you like it.

This patch didn't fix these functions for excluding a category from navigation for me.
