• It sometimes chokes when you type too fast. In particular, the Return key.
• It or WordPress sometimes produces junk like <div /> which breaks css-based layouts in IE.
• It's a huge mess when users paste from FrontPage and include the html, head and body tags.
• It's an even bigger mess when users paste from Word.

Regarding pasting from Word, tinyMCE does have a special filter for that accessible from the advanced toolbar (Alt+Shift+V).

It would really help for this bug to have steps to reproduce, and to be split into individual issues rather than a bunch in one. Closing.
