Image thumbnails not vertically centered under Manage > Uploads

ENV: WP 2.1

​http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3227 resulted in change that results in the tmage thumbnails not being vertically, but the problem was only experienced in back version maintenance build of Firefox.

Recommend reverting change made in [4547] early in 2.2 and see if problem confirmed.
