Description

Upgraded from 2.0.7 to 2.1 and now Manage > Categories shows no categories.

Categories work on the site, when editing posts and when editing Links. They also show in Manage > Posts in the dropdown. It's only Manage > Categories that is funky.

Apache reboot fixed it. Must have been an APC glitch.
