Per Matt's request, I'm converting the admin widgets page to the new and improved jQuery UI.

As you have no doubt discovered by now, the widgets code (both the PHP and JS) is all sorts of hacky. Ping me on IRC or send me an email if you have any questions about all the ugliness.
