Description

See MT importer as an example. Otherwise, users need to be created prior to the import to map to other users other than admin.

In the 0.5 version (and previous?) the users don't need to be created before the import, you can create them after the import and before the "set authors", the authors screen even has a link to add users on it.

New version 0.9 of the Blogger Importer does the author creation in the same manner as the WP importer.
