I've found another pipe issue similar to this ticket. This time on the dashboard in the Recent Comments area. The pipe before the Delete link under each comment turns red on hover. This happens when hovering over the pipe itself or the Delete link that immediately follows.
Another issue I've noticed is there is a difference in link styles between links on Pending comments and links on normal comments in the Recent Comments area on the dashboard. Links on normal comments that have special colors (like Approve, Unapprove, Delete, etc) don't change color when you hover over them. However, links on Pending comments (ones with the yellowish background) change to red when you hover over them. So, if you can understand what I'm saying you'll see that there is inconsistency between normal comments and Pending comments in the Recent Comments area.
I'm attaching a fix for the first issue. I'm not quite sure how to fix the second one though.
