"Approved" comment status filter uses the same string as in the the Dashboard stats

"Approved" comment status filter (the one in the "All | Pending (x) | Approved | Spam (y)" menu) uses the same localisation string as in the the Dashboard "Right Now" stats.
So it's difficult to make a proper translation.

All other elements in that menu have separate strings, so it seems to be a bug.

Here is a patch, which differentiates the Right Now translation from the other one.
